The candidate will document the test plan, and lead the execution of the test plan (either by performing directly or overseeing others performing the test) and ensure newly developed functionality is thoroughly tested to validate correct operation of the system.

The Test Lead will also perform Quality Assurance checks to provide confidence that the tests are being performed as required and that the results are acceptable for release to the client. Documentation of the integration test results, unit test results, and user demonstration will be included for customer review before approval to release the software for User Acceptance Testing.
